Whether you’re tackling a weekend project or a full renovation, our trailer skips make cleanups simple, flexible, and bond-free. Designed with convenience in mind, each hire is fully digital — from booking to agreement — giving you a seamless, stress-free experience from start to finish.

Every trailer skip is built for reliability and ease of use, helping you manage waste responsibly while keeping your project on schedule.

All trailer skips come standard as Dry Hire, meaning you’ll collect and return your trailer yourself. You can also request Dry Hire delivery and collection for added convenience — the trailer must be emptied and cleaned prior to collection.

If a Dry Hire Collection is requested and the trailer has not been emptied or cleaned, a Wet Hire fee will be applied, along with the associated dump costs.

For a hands-off option, select the Wet Hire add-on at checkout. This includes delivery, collection, and one dump, with dumping fees invoiced separately after disposal is complete. Fees vary depending on load weight and waste type, ensuring you only pay for your actual disposal costs.

Each trailer skip is safety-checked, maintained, and ready for immediate use — available in two sizes and three convenient hire durations.

LITTLE RED

Compact, easy to tow, and perfect for smaller projects or tighter spaces. With a 3m³ capacity, Little Red holds approximately 3–4 standard box trailer loads (around 500–600 kg total).

A minimum towing capacity of 2.5 tonnes is required once loaded, accounting for both the trailer skip and its contents. Ideal for garden waste, home cleanups, and light renovation materials such as tiles, timber, and plasterboard.

BIG RED

Built for larger projects and heavier waste, Big Red is designed for strength, stability, and convenience on bigger jobs. With a 5m³ capacity, it holds approximately 6–8 standard box trailer loads (around 800–1,000 kg total), making it ideal for major renovations, landscaping, and construction cleanups.

A minimum towing capacity of 3.5 tonnes is required once loaded. Big Red is fitted with electric brakes, and drivers will need to download the compatible brake-controller app to connect via Bluetooth and configure the system before towing.

This setup ensures smooth, safe towing and full control throughout your hire period — giving you the reliability and confidence needed for larger-scale projects.

✅ ACCEPTED WASTE

General waste, green waste, and light construction materials, including:

  • Household rubbish (non-hazardous)
  • Garden waste such as grass, leaves, and branches
  • Timber, tiles, plasterboard, bricks, and small amounts of concrete
  • Furniture and appliances (excluding refrigerated items)
  • Light metals, plastics, cardboard, and paper

🚫 PROHIBITED WASTE

Certain materials cannot be disposed of in your skip for environmental and safety reasons, including:

  • Asbestos or asbestos-containing materials
  • Paints, oils, fuels, chemicals, or solvents
  • Gas bottles, batteries, or medical waste
  • Tyres, large rubber products, or liquids of any kind
  • Refrigerated whitegoods (fridges, freezers, or A/C units)
  • Soil, rocks, or concrete exceeding weight limits
  • Any hazardous, flammable, or explosive materials

If prohibited waste or contamination is found, the hirer is responsible for all additional disposal fees and council penalties.
